How to Spot and Avoid the Recent Dropbox Scam

Beware of Fake United Site Services Emails – What You Need to Know Published: February 28, 2025

At United Site Services, customer security is a top priority. Recently, a malware scam has been circulating, impersonating our company and attempting to steal customer login credentials. This seems to be a new attack method hackers have been using since last year.

What Does the Scam Look Like?

  • You receive an email claiming to be from United Site Services.
  • The email includes a PDF attachment with a link.
  • Clicking the link redirects you to a fake Microsoft login page that steals your credentials.

What Should You Do?

  • Do not open or click on any unexpected email attachments.
  • If you clicked the link, change your Microsoft password immediately.
  • Report any suspicious emails to your IT team.
  • Always verify communication directly with us by calling our Support Team
