Essential Services from United Site Services
At United Site Services, Easy, Safe & Clean is the unwavering commitment we make to our employees and our customers. Now more than ever, we are committed to this promise. Sanitation has been deemed an essential service under State and Federal Declarations of Emergency and during this time of crisis our team is working diligently using enhanced sanitation service procedures and added personal protective equipment.
With toilet paper and hand sanitizer in high demand, we have received an uptick in service requests due to missing or stolen supplies. So, we wanted to share a few ideas you could consider to help keep your units stocked, like…
- Locking your units when they aren’t in use (however, please remember to provide your United Site Services Service Technician with a key or code to the lock so your service is not interrupted)
- Store your toilet paper and hand sanitizer in a secure area where your team members can access, then return after use
- Be present when your unit is serviced to ensure you receive all requested supplies
- Communicate to your team the importance of not overusing or removing supplies as they’re critical to community health
We’d also like to remind you that in accordance with our policies, once the toilet paper and hand sanitizer have been stocked during our regular service visit, it is up to our clients to monitor the security and usage of these supplies. If your supplies are lost or stolen and you request refills, a restocking fee will be applied.
As always, United Site Services is here to support keeping your site safe and clean. The team at 1.800.TOILETS is standing by to help you with your needs.
Thank you and stay safe,
The United Site Services Team
