Now, more than ever, our services are essential to keeping sites across the U.S. working safely. In an effort to continue supporting our customers, you may notice additional and/or increased fees on an upcoming invoice.

Introducing the Enhanced Safety Fee
United Site Services is committed to keeping safety at the center of everything we do. Given the new normal, where preventative measures for reducing the spread of infection causing germs are here to stay, an Enhanced Safety Fee will be added to all orders. This fee reflects our new operating procedures and the direct costs incurred to operate safely. These safety enhancements include additional PPE and disinfectant for our employees, new sanitizing cleaning agents for your equipment and extra steps preparing, deploying and servicing our equipment safely for you.

Implementing Annual Service Increase for Select Customers
You may also notice an increase in the reoccurring service fee for your portable restrooms. This annual increase reflects our continual investment in providing world class site service to our customers. It includes our investment in new equipment, in training for our employees and in a culture that upholds best in class service and safety standards. We’ve continued to make these investments while facing the rising costs of raw materials, manufacturing and business operating costs.

Hand Sanitizer Billed Per Billing Cycle
Hand Sanitizer will now be billed at $35 per billing cycle aligning with our minimum cost to deliver this vital product in our service offering. Sanitizer will be refilled during your regularly scheduled cleaning service.
