USS is proud to announce the acquisition of the portable sanitation business of ABC Sanitation. The acquisition is part of an overall company growth strategy that is supported by the team here at USS.
Based in Sacramento, ABC services the Sacramento area and parts of Northern California. The acquisition expands the United Site Services capabilities in key California markets and enables continued sustainable growth.
Immediately, United Site Services will be acquiring 800 new customers and 5 talented new team members. Current operations will roll up under the Northwest team managed by our Senior VP of Operations, Mark Bartholomew. The acquisition further strengthens our operational capabilities in that part of the country.
ABC is comprised of a very talented team with a proven track record of customer satisfaction. The assimilation with the United Site Services team will be seamless, as United Site Services has been building best practices through recent successful acquisitions and integrations.
USS brings to the company and new level of services and solution options. The sectors ABC already serviced are in the United Site Services wheelhouse and cover Residential and Commercial Construction, Special Events, Commercial & Industrial, and Government jobs. This means that current ABC customers and new customers in the region can easily order and receive portable restrooms, restroom trailers, hand-wash stations, temporary fence, holding tanks, roll off dumpster service, and many more services to their jobsites.
