United Site Services (USS) is proud to announce the acquisition of California Site Services (CSS). The acquisition is part of the United Site Services overall company growth strategy and we could not be more thrilled to integrate our teams and products.
CSS is based in San Jose, CA and serves the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento & Central Valley Areas. The acquisition of CSS further expands the United Site Services ability to effectively and seamlessly serve these areas.
Immediately, United Site Services will be welcoming 10 talented new team members. CSS also adds seven service and P&D vehicles, over 1,200 sanitation units, and several hundred thousand feet of fencing to the United Site Services fleet. These operations will be consolidated into the San Jose, CA location under the management of Eli Santana, Operations Manager and Danny Molina, Fence Manager.
CSS had a proven track record of positively supporting customers with courteousness and professionalism. United Site Services will bring the newly acquired CCS customers a new level of products and solution options. CSS customers are coming from the Residential and Commercial Construction, Special Events, Commercial & Industrial, and Government markets. The acquisition means that the new customers in the region can easily order and receive portable restrooms, restroom trailers, hand-wash stations, temporary fence, holding tanks, roll off dumpster service to their jobsites.
