In order to receive pricing and benefits of this contract, a Contract Participation Form must be completed by an eligible member of the Participating Public Agency. Public Agencies interested in joining the Equalis Group contract must first become a participating member through their website here, and complete the online Contract Participation Form below. Once completed, your Public Agency’s account will be eligible to receive contract pricing and benefits, ensuring efficient procurement of our comprehensive site services tailored to meet your specific needs.
