Add a Payment Method to Your Quote or Contract

 

To add a new payment method to your portable restroom Quote or existing Contract, please complete the form below with your Account Number (ACT-###) and a valid Quote or Order Number. Once your payment method is updated, your order will be complete and scheduled for delivery on the date specified in your quote. You can expect to see a charge on your credit card within 72 hours of delivery.

Please note: if you wish to change your payment method for your temporary fence, trailer or roll off dumpster contract please call 1.800.TOILETS and select 3 for billing and payment support.
